Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Yes, we ship across the entire United States. 

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-4 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. However, we’re working on expanding our shipping options, so stay tuned!

How should I store my snacks?
Our snacks are best stored in a fridge for the best quality!

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can contact us at info@sukasnacks.com to request a cancellation or change. Once an order is processed, we’re unable to make changes and you must directly contact USPS and UPS.

What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we don’t accept returns. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at info@sukasnacks.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment, and we’ll do our best to make it right!
